Old Japanese stories, Jizo with braided hats, Origami version

Every time I left Japan, I went home via the Narita Airport and I always managed to have some spare time to revisit the beautiful Japan Origami Museum located in the Central building of the Terminal 1 (at the 3rd floor). And almost every time it was a pleasant surprise to discover new dioramas on display.

Today, I just want to share with you this simple but beautifully made origami version of the old Japanese story Kasa Jizo, “Jizo with braided hats". And the story goes like this:
