Osprey simulators to be tweaked | The Japan Times Online

The U.S. Marine Corps has said there were no mechanical problems with the MV-22 Osprey that crashed in Morocco in April and pledged to prevent similar incidents by modifying simulator training.

I guess this means they're going to add some Okinawan grade school or playground animation to their selection of simulated mechanical failure/crash aka "Pilot Error" scenarios.
