Shocking discovery! Electrical current increases sweet potato nutrition

Simply adding electrical current increased the nutritional value of sweet potatoes - increasing polyphenols and antioxidants by 60%.

The shocking result came about after a study by researchers from the University of the Ryukyus, Nishihara, Okinawa, Japan. The new insight was presented at the National Meeting Exposition of the American Chemical Society.
