“Hara hachi bu” - News From the Blue Zone

“Hara hachi bu” – the Okinawan, 2500-year old Confucian mantra said before meals reminds them to stop eating when their stomachs are 80 percent full.

The 20% gap between not being hungry and feeling full could be the difference between losing weight or gaining it.

People in the Blue Zones eat their smallest meal in the late afternoon or early evening and then they don’t eat any more the rest of the day.

Over a lifetime this means far fewer calories.

Comment: Of course after the Obama-Nation of Desolation, as spoken of by the profit Daniel, gets through wreaking havoc on western civilization causing the great reset of the global economy and the Third World War that's sure to ensue; the result of he and his master's at the Federal Reserve Bank in the U.S. using the war as an excuse to try and steal more than China or Russia can get their grubby little hands on, all of this will ensure that anyone who can eat till their stomachs are 80% full is fat! The "skinny" of it is, with this current crop of dick-heads in charge running everything they touch into the ground, pretty soon there will be no food left for anyone to eat! There may not even be a world left for anyone to live in...
