China Deploys New Bomber with Long-Range Land Attack Missile | Washington Free Beacon

China’s military recently deployed an upgraded strategic bomber that will carry the military’s new long-range land attack cruise missile, capable of attacking Hawaii and Guam, according to a draft congressional report.

The Oct. 8 draft of the forthcoming report of the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission also reveals that China has developed a new armed drone nearly identical to U.S. military’s Reaper. The Chinese missile-firing drone likely was developed through Chinese cyber espionage against U.S. defense contractors.

The report highlights a rapidly modernizing Chinese military that includes large numbers of new weapons and new warfighting techniques, including attack capabilities in space and cyberspace.

“PLA modernization is on track to alter the security balance in Asia over the next five to 10 years, challenging decades of U.S. military preeminence,” the report concludes.

Comment: Everyone's worried about China catching up to America. It's pretty obvious that they're nipping at their heels economically and based on this story, military technology too. Yes I know they stole it but, If the truth be known, the American's probably stole it from the Israelis or Germans first.

More alarming should be that based on the numbers of Chinese students graduating with advanced degrees in engineering, chemistry and physics, they may already have surpassed the U.S. in education. But is the problem so much that China is catching up or is it that America is falling? When you consider the distance that they've come in such a short time, it has to be a little of both don't you think?

Regardless, this does not bode well for the U.S.! Sooner or later the glorious leaders in both nations will have to see who "is" the bigger prick under the guise of finding our who "has" the bigger prick. That's when the fur will really start to fly. Be nice to your loved ones while you still have the chance....
