Note:  Exposure took a quarter of a second but, consumption lasted about 20 minutes !

    Those bacon slices they put on there isn't just some micro-thin translucent slice of pseudo-pork fat soaked in a chemical brine whose ingredients probably wouldn't pass FDA rules and regulations and then burnt into an unrecognizable grizzly crisp! That's a nice thick slice of local pork that's been lovingly "home cured" in a smoker over time using cherry wood for flavoring. Then it's cooked thoroughly till just enough so that it's hot through and through yet still retains all that delicious juice! Double Yummy!
